Empowering Support
Over the years, I have supported families and individuals in various roles, including at a birthing clinic, where I guided women and birthing people through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
I also spent six years supporting families, adults, and children in a Complex Care Role.
In 2023, I trained with Nurturing Birth.
As a Doula, I believe in empowering individuals to make informed decisions, whether it's about birth planning or postpartum care. My aim is to support parents in finding their rhythm, providing guidance without giving advice, and offering steady support throughout the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
My packages are bespoke, and I work with each client on an individual basis to meet their unique needs and requests.

Midwives provide medical care, while doulas offer continuous emotional support and comfort. They work together to ensure the best birth experience.
It's best to hire a doula early in your pregnancy, ideally between 20-30 weeks. This allows time to build a relationship and prepare for your birth.
Absolutely! Doulas support you in any birth setting, helping you communicate with medical staff and ensuring your birth preferences are understood.
Doulas are excellent for home births, providing continuous support, helping create a calm environment, and assisting with comfort measures.
"Naomi offered emotional support both during pregnancy and postpartum. She supported my birth choices and was always ready to listen with empathy. She was also available when I needed her postpartum and checked on me frequently to make sure I was recovering well and getting rest. I would highly recommend her services."
